I’ve missed you. Honestly. I’ve written you almost everyday for the last 2.5 years, never more than 1 or 2 days in between, and now it’s been 9. Sitting here at my desk, so cozy with rain 🌧 dripping on my roof, Honey Bear in my lap, hot cocoa next to me, feeling like I finally get to catch up with my dear friend. I always think of you. Pray for you. I imagine one of you. I share from my heart, what I’ve been going though, and how I’ve been learning and growing through it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

And then the magic happens. ✨You share back with me. You tell me that because I shared, it makes you feel like you’re not alone. That now you know someone else struggles with that too. That how I’ve been learning about that struggle is helping you think of ways to deal with something you’re going through.

And that’s why I’ve missed you so much. You let me have a voice. My words matter. Your words matter. Your life matters, your story matters. My story matters. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I understand that social media can be so confusing and misunderstood. It can be used for great evil and spark envy, compassion, hate, lust, greed, etc. But I firmly believe that God can and wants to use it for great good. I have felt a call on my life to share my heart ♥️ with you on this app. My heart and prayer is to use it for good. To help spark love, joy, peace, grace in our lives. To remind you of the faithfulness of God. To remind you that you truly are loved beyond measure. To let you know that you’re not alone. And I need to be reminded of these things just as much!

I’ve missed you. I’m so glad to be back here sharing with you. I always have and always will invite you to share back with me. We get to talk with each other sometimes all the way across the globe.
