You are SO loved friend, let me tell you how much peace that brings me… _____ I woke up thinking it was Thursday and was super happy when instead it’s FriYAY! What’s one of your fav parts of the weekend? _____ For me, it’s always been (for the last 4.5 years) waking up next to my hubby. It’s usually a time of such peace, just resting in the presence of God and Caleb. The hustle and bustle of the week can get to us, overwhelm me. But taking moments to just BE, is one of my favorite things. _____ Jesus and Caleb are my people. Just knowing and sitting in the fact that I’m so loved by them, when I receive that truth is the most free I ever feel. Not because of performance of any kind, because I was made, and I am theirs. On a soul level that can’t ever be taken away. _____ Knowing you are deeply, unconditional loved at the core of your being is the best thing ever. Jesus teaches me that over and over again. And I hope and pray you receive that love today, friends. Not because of anything we do or don’t do. Not measured by our past failures or accomplishments, not because of how we look, how much money is in our bank account, how many friends we have r scores on the SAT’s. Not because of our job description, how many clients we have, how many people follow us on an app, our relationship status, how witty we are, how politically correct we are. Not because of our family upbringing and how your dad/mom or siblings made you feel or because of their presence, absence, health or abuse, disappointments, what was done to us. Just loved because we were made, and our creator loves His creation. We are His, and He is good. A greatness beyond our understanding, his love no one can fathom. _____ “He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside still waters; He restores my soul.”- Psalm 23:2-3 _____ Our hope and trust in anything else will fail us. But resting in His love never will. I’m desiring to rest in His presence this weekend as much as possible, and every moment of my life. _____ You are deeply loved, friend!
