What is your favorite season of the year? Fall is so exciting ever year for us. It is the beginning of colder weather (which seems to take a long time to come in California) and the beginning of decorations, pumpkin picking, apple picking, Halloween, scented candles, and Thanksgiving. There always seems to be a new smell in the air and an excitement that the fall brings to our lives. For me, it is the beginning of school and football. Each fall it seems to be the start of the year for us, bringing many new joys and offerings of hope. This year we are especially excited about decorating for fall and going out and participating in various fall activities. We LOVE picking pumpkins, one of our traditions is to go out to Riley’s Apple Farms in Oak Glen to pick apples and spend time in the pumpkin picking area. There is something special about being able to spend time with each other while doing things that we love. We may not get the same scenery changes in California that occur in other places, but we make the most of the little changes that we get! Fall will always have a special place in our hearts.
